Dr. Duggan joins the Lenoir-Rhyne University faculty from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she taught in the Community College Leadership doctoral program. Previously, she coordinated the Education for Independence Program at the Paul D. Camp Community College in Franklin, Virginia.
Dr. Duggan received her doctorate in Urban Studies from Old Dominion University, where she also earned a Master of Science in English Education and in Education in Counseling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.
